CRANE 1 Service Technicians and Safety Specialists provide personal on-site service every day — 24/7/365 — everywhere our customers are located. These professionals are our experts in crane safety and compliance inspections, new equipment installs, emergency repair, same-day service and planned maintenance. Our team arrives at our customers’ facilities service-ready in our fully equipped service vehicles. We have real-time training “tools on demand” for service delivery and safety. 100% of our Service Technicians are trained at our Crane 1 Academy and receive weekly coaching on best practices.
Territory Sales Management
Our Territory Sales Managers provide personal and customized service solutions designed to fit each customer’s operation. They are the expert when it comes to equipment selection, installation, maintenance, industry service protocols and total cost of ownership. CRANE 1 Territory Sales Managers provide weekly critical alerts and flash reports to keep customers informed about issues, as well as monthly reports about key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we’re delivering on customer expectations. Territory Sales Managers also produce quarterly and annual reviews that include a targeted trend report on cost savings, uptime performance and safety/sustainability progress.
Our Customer Care professionals provide personal service as they manage the day-to-day delivery of customer programs. They are the expert in management, service scheduling, parts logistics, troubleshooting, billing, quality assurance and real-time reporting. Our Customer Care team performs the daily scheduling of our Service Technicians and Safety Specialists.
